4. Legal grounds and collection methods

Data may be collected automatically or partly automatically through website forms, email, telephone, in-person conversations, reservation tools and cookies. Depending on the circumstances, processing relies on the grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK: establishing or performing a contract; the controller’s legal obligations; establishing, exercising or protecting a right; or legitimate interests that do not harm your fundamental rights. Separate explicit consent is obtained where required by law.

5. Sharing personal data

To the extent necessary and limited to the relevant purpose, data may be shared with hosting and IT providers such as Hostinger, email and communication providers, authorised advisers, and public authorities where legally required.

Measurement services such as Google Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager operate according to relevant cookie preferences and technical settings. Their use may involve processing by providers outside Türkiye; applicable KVKK requirements and preference mechanisms are considered. See the Cookie Policy.

6. Retention and security

Data is retained for as long as necessary for its processing purpose and for periods required by applicable law. Once the purpose and legal retention obligations end, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to prevent unauthorised access, loss and misuse.

7. Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information about that processing, learn its purposes and whether it is used accordingly, learn the recipients inside or outside Türkiye, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion or destruction when the conditions are met, and request that corrections, deletion or destruction be communicated to recipients. You may object to a result against you arising from analysis solely through automated systems and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

8. Requests and contact

Send requests with information identifying you and explaining your request to info@sinemkeser.com with the subject “KVKK Request”, or to the postal address above. Further identity verification information may be requested to protect the request. Requests are answered as soon as practicable and within the applicable legal period.

9. Information and explicit consent

This notice provides information. Where consent is required for optional marketing, analytics cookies or other processing, it is obtained separately. Consent unnecessary for a service is not mandatory. This notice may be updated when processes or legislation change; the current version and date are published on the site.
